2009 Tuition Rates: 

Single lessons and Audition Prep: $40/half hour, $70/hour

Weekly lessons
$50 non-refundable registration fee
(this fee includes 2 tickets to the company recital)

Half-hour weekly lessons $150/month

One hour weekly lessons $250/month

Lessons are non-refundable.  Lessons are scheduled for the same day and time weekly.  The tuition is the same amount each month regardless of the number of lessons in any given month. When there are five lessons in a month, there is no extra tuition charge; when there is a holiday break, there is no reduction in charge.

Payment is due on the last lesson of each month for the following month. Payment may be made in cash or check payable to Terry Temple.

CANCELLATIONS/MISSED LESSONS BY STUDENT

Cancellations require at least twenty-four (24) hours notice and must be recorded on the instructor’s Cell Phone: (480) 695-7430 (even if the instructor was told directly).  Do not leave a message with anyone other than the instructor’s voicemail.  Any lesson cancelled without twenty-four (24) hours notice will not be eligible for a make-up lesson. 

Make-Up Lessons/Credits:  Make-up lessons ARE NOT GUARANTEED and are scheduled at the convenience of the instructor.  A MAXIMUM of one (1) make-up lesson per month will be given for lessons cancelled at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance.  A make-up lesson is one scheduled at a day or time that is not the regular weekly lesson time.  Make-up lessons must be scheduled in the same month as the cancelled regular lesson and will not carry over into consecutive months.  If the instructor does not have an available opening for a make-up lesson or the student is unable to attend at the time offered, then the lesson is forfeited.  There will be NO CREDITS for missed lessons.

CANCELLATIONS BY THE INSTRUCTOR

Lessons canceled by the instructor will be made up within the same month at a time agreeable to the instructor and student.  If no agreeable time can be found, lessons will be prorated at $35/half hour or $60/hour and credited to the next month’s payment.
